Aaron Field brings a dedicated, technical perspective to the Osu Films team. After 11 years of Taekwondo and a year of intensive training under Noah Fleder, Aaron’s unique insight helps clients understand the difference between everyday martial arts training and elite-level techniques. His sessions are ideal for those looking to sharpen their fundamentals and experience Noah’s techniques firsthand through a dedicated student’s perspective.

Rate: $150 per 45-minute session

Experience: Background in Karate, Muay Thai, Boxing

Specialty: Fight strategy/psychology, boxing fundamentals, efficient training for maximizing progress.

As one of Noah’s closest friends, Jon has spent years studying, training, and refining techniques alongside him. If you’re a fan of Noah and want an inside look into the methods and mindset he values most, Jon’s sessions offer a rare opportunity to experience that level of training firsthand. Jon Alegria grew up surrounded by champions—his family members were National Karate Champions on Chuck Norris’s fight team. As a former head instructor in his grandfather’s dojo and a seasoned boxing coach, Jon brings decades of experience to each session. He has trained high-profile clients and celebrity fighters and can offer intensive sessions on fight psychology, boxing fundamentals, and efficient training strategy. Whether you’re looking to dominate in sparring or perfect your technique for camera, Jon’s expertise will get you there.

Experience: Cinematographer, actor, and martial artist; 6+ years training alongside Noah Fleder.

Specialty: On-camera fight techniques, cinematic presentation, actor training

Theodore Park combines martial arts training with a cinematic eye, making him invaluable to those who want to look their best on camera. He’s been responsible for creating Noah’s cinematic content while acting and fighting alongside him in their upcoming film with Michael Jai White. Theo understands how to translate martial arts into compelling on-screen action, helping clients perfect their movement for an audience. If your goal is to train for camera, there’s no better coach to make you look powerful, fluid, and natural on screen.

Specialty: Beginner fundamentals and potentially humor-filled training

Alec Kern may be newer to martial arts, but he brings a unique perspective to beginners looking for a lighter approach. Having trained with Noah for two years, Alec knows what it’s like to be a new student under elite instruction. His sessions will “probably” focus on foundational techniques with a personal touch, giving beginners a solid understanding of martial arts basics. As a fun bonus, there’s a 100% “No one knows what you’re gonna get” Guarantee on Alec’s sessions. You may get some amazing advice that he can pass down from working with Noah, or he may have no idea how to help you. It’s a complete gamble with Alec, but in our opinion it’s absolutely worth the $20 to find out. (Just don’t say we didn’t warn you)
